Part Yoga, Part Animal-Assisted Therapy. Join us for 30-minutes of Goat Yoga followed by 60-minutes of Goat Happy Hour Therapy & farm tour. This is fun for the whole family!  It’s all about getting outdoors, surrounding yourself with therapy animals and disconnecting from stress.

Flat Rock Farm is a 130-acre property in New Castle KY just outside Louisville. They have hiking trails where you can hike to the top and view hundreds of acres of beautiful countryside. They have retired race horses, a pair of cute Mini-Donkeys, Great Pyrenees dogs and of course GOATS that can’t wait to meet you!
