Original Goat Yoga & Wine Tasting is an all-levels yoga class where you are surrounded by loving mini-goats. It’s about disconnecting from day to day stress and focusing on happy vibes. It can be as easy or challenging as you’d like. Part Yoga, Part Animal-Assisted Therapy! It’s about getting out in nature, bonding with animals, and getting some exercise. It’s fun, therapeutic, calm, and joyful. Our location is at Flat Rock Farm in New Castle.
