Flat Rock Farm partners with Smith Berry Winery for a magical experience. Goats + Yoga + Wine! It’s time to LET IT ALL GOAT  at GOAT YOGA! Part Yoga, Part Animal Assisted Therapy, and Part BEAUTIFUL views and LOVING animals! Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day to day stress, illness or depression and focusing on happy vibes! No yoga experience is needed. We’ll start out with 30-Minutes of Goat Yoga followed by 1-hour of Goat Happy Hour & Wine Tasting.

Our venue is at award-winning Smith Berry Winery in New Castle Kentucky and just down the road from Flat Rock Farm where we hthey our regular goat yoga farm experiences.
